Highland Occasions by Design are a family owned business, situated in Glenlivet in Banffshire. We specialise in decorating weddings, private functions or corporate events, including chair covers, table decoration and centrepieces venues across the Moray, Grampian and Highlands of Scotland.

Wedding chair covers turn a plain room into something special. Highland Occasions by Design provide a full chair cover hire and fitting service using white, ivory or black chair covers and a colour coordinated organza or taffeta bow sash. Use wedding chair covers to cover a colour which doesn't enhance your theme.

Tables are dressed to perfection using organza or satin table runners to compliment your theme, dressed linen napkins, mirrors and confetti setting off your choice of table centrepieces. We can provide set or bespoke centrepieces which can be decorated with crystals, lights, candles, artificial flowers. Alternatively we will also happily incorporate your centrepiece or one created by somebody else.

Our speciality is decorating wedding receptions and wedding ceremonies but we don't think venue decoration should end there. Chair covers with sashes and dressed tables, which your guests will love, are just as appropriate for private functions or corporate hospitality events.

Finally at Highland Occasions by Design we pride ourselves in offering a very personal service to our customers. We don't pack lots of events into a day. That way we can be sure that your special occasion gets the individual attention it deserves. From the moment we sit down and discuss your requirements with you to the day itself, we work with you every step of the way, to ensure you have the perfect wedding, private function or corporate event decoration on the day. We are flexible and will happily provide all or just some of your venue decoration and we work hard with you to ensure a competitive priced quote to suit your budget. Highland Occasions by Design, are a family run business, located on the edge of the Highlands. Established in 2005 we have several years experience in our field. We are passionate about our work and we offer a very personal service to our customers across the region from Aberdeen to Inverness. We cover all types of venues from hotels to private venues, from Masonic Halls to Memorial and public halls, from castles to private estates. We will also happily do any size event - from the very intimate to a few hundred. Locations include (but not exclusively) Aviemore, Grantown on Spey, Nairn, Keith, Huntly, Inverness, Kingussie and Newtonmore, Forres, Lossiemouth, Buckie, Elgin, Royal Deeside and into Aberdeenshire.
