CHAIR COVER AND SASH HIRE

Chair cover and sash hire starts at £3 per chair for our top quality, traditional loose fit, Oxford Polyester fabric. Oxford Polyester, not to be confused with the increasingly used stretchy spandex or lycra polyester, is a non stretch polyester. It is crisp, fresh and drapes beautifully, hence suppliers commonly refer to it as "linen". Choose from white, ivory or black. 

Price includes a sash (organza, satin or taffeta*), set up and collection within a 30 mile radius of our base in Glenlivet. Upgrade to double sashes or add accessories (see below) from as little as 25p per chair. Mix and match or alternate colours at no extra charge. 

Chair covers only start from £2.50 per chair. 

We also offer SASH ONLY set up. If your venue already provides chair covers as part of their wedding packages, you don't need to miss out on our great value packages. With sash only or hoods from £1 per chair, and with packages to include table runners and centrepieces too (up to 20% saving) you still have the same great choice. 

Alternatively try our Damask covers, a luxury cover, are also available to fit most banquet chairs from £4.00 per chair. Needs no sash and fits beautifully into a traditional country house or hotel setting.

With now over six years experience in venue dressing, we have worked in many venues and with many chair styles. At Highland Occasions by Design we hold different shape/size seat covers depending on the chair type in use. We work with you and the venue to ensure we know the chair and use the most appropriate cover. We understand the importance of your day and, really, one size does not fit all. All our covers are freshly laundered and pressed prior to every event and the entire team at Highland Occasions by Design are passionate about quality and attention to detail so you can be confident of the perfect finish every time.

Highland Occasions by Design quoted prices for wedding chair cover hire include set up/collection within 30 miles of Glenlivet.  We set up at a time to suit you (and your venue) and we collect the next day. This means your covers can remain on for the duration - after all you have paid for their hire for your full event, not just the ceremony and/or meal, ensuring your evening guests can enjoy them too!

At Highland Occasions by Design we hold our own stock of beautiful organza, taffeta and satin colours to compliment your seat covers including many shades from this years bridal ranges: aubergine, peacock, teal, olive green, sage, celedon, turquoise, coral/watermelon. With a single sash included in the price and with now over 300 sash colours and shades to choose from so you should never have to compromise on colour or cost. 

From as little as 25p per chair extra we really can create the "wow" for your occasion. Don't follow the crowd and be constrained by a single sash tied in a simple bow. Luxury touches include:

Double sashes: Two colours applied to the same chair - mix taffeta and organza for a luxury feel

Flock or damask sash - a beautiful sash with a flocked swirl pattern. Lifts a plain cover with style!

Tartan twist: Add a twist of tartan from a clan (subject to availability) or the popular Pride of Scotland range

Or add a Diamante Buckle or Brooch; Artificial flower or Decorative Butterfly
